The library has received 20 volumes in this series to date (and that appears to be the entire set), a massive accumulation of testimony and documentation. Testimony volumes are divided among the three phases of the investigation: Foster Phase (referring to the suicide of White House aide Vincent Foster and its aftermath), Washington Phase and Arkansas Phase. The hearings were held in 1995 and 1996.
