Country Reports on Human Rights Practices. Links to reports from 1993-99;
follow the link to the current site for more recent reports. These annual
reports meet a statutory requirement that countries receiving U.S. aid be
surveyed as to their human rights records. Information is also available

The City College of New York's documents librarian has compiled a marvelous listing of government websites (from several countries) dealing with the D-Day invasion, whose 60th anniversary is celebrated this year.
