Attendance: Pat Broome, Rhonda Davila, Michael Kaminski, Myrna Langford, Candy Peterson (SAC periodicals librarian), Tina Petimezas, Ruby Wehmeyer and Kathy Amen.
We did talk a little business while enjoying a wonderful lunch, and the wonderful views from Trinity's Skyline Faculty Club. Sheila needs to know what time we want for the reception at the April meeting. We thought 6-7:30 or 6-8 would be fine, whichever the Public Library folks thought best. For those who don't know, by the way, Sheila will be leaving GPO at the first of the year to go to the National Education Library. Sandy Schwalb will be taking over the organizational chores for the April meeting.
We also thought it might be a good idea to hold a planning meeting to iron out details of planning for the reception and other aspects of the meeting, as soon as possible after the new year starts. The St. Mary's Law Library was scheduled to have our first meeting of the year, and Chris has allowed us to move the date up to the 19th of January. Joan Chapa will be able to come, too, to represent Marcive, who is hosting the reception and who is interested in offering tours of their facility for the visitors. So our next meeting will be January 19th, at 9 a.m. in the St. Mary's Law Library.
