Attendance: Camille Fiorillo, Amory Irby, Victor Lopez, Tina Mesa, Tina Petimezas, Ruth Swan, Ruby Wehmeyer, Rita Wilson, and Kathy Amen.

Most of our meeting was taken up with news from the October Federal Depository Library Conference, which was attended by Rita and Kathy.

But there were a couple of other items of note from UTSA. First, Victor is going to be moving from the Acquisitions to the Cataloging Department, but will still be processing documents. UTSA had a large, library-wide strategic planning meeting recently.

Not directly library-related, Rita had a harrowing few days last week when a SNAKE found its way into her apartment. She held us all spellbound with the tale of finding and, eventually, disposing of the critter. She has a snake wrangler if you should ever need one. Here are two pictures. The gentleman in the one on the right is said wrangler.

Our next meeting will be December 7 at 11:30 a.m. in the Skyline Room at Trinity, our annual Christmas lunch meeting. If you haven't already done so, please RSVP to Ruby.
