Procedural notes on conversion of DBF files to
HTML
We apologize if these files take a long time for your browser to load. We
just receive a lot of documents!
Most of the U.S. government publications received by the Blume Library
from1991-1999 in paper, microfiche and CD-ROM are represented in this list.
The exceptions are individual issues of some series. These holdings can be
found in the card file next to the Reference Desk on the main floor of the
Library. A librarian can check this file for you; call 210/436-3508 or send an email
here.
The letters below refer to the Superintendent of Documents classification
scheme by which the publications are shelved or filed in the Library. The
major agencies whose publications appear under each letter are indicated.
Clicking on a letter will take you to the page containing that part of the
Documents Received list. (You can find more detailed information on this
system of classification by consulting this
Guide to Understanding the Government
Document Numbering System.)
Beginning in the fall of 1999, records for documents received have been entered into the Library's Catalog. We are also gradually adding records for older items. In the list below, the sections marked with this graphic
have been totally listed in the Catalog. These sections no longer contain listings of individual documents.
NOTE: Because of the large number of entries and the fact that titles
are not always entered verbatim, we do not recommend using these listings
for title keyword searching. Find the SuDocs classification number for a
document you need in another source and then consult these lists to determine
if we received that particular item. If you need assistance, call the Reference
Desk at 210/436-3508 or email the Documents Librarian at
