Annual Reports to Shareholders

The Annual Report to Shareholders is prepared by the company itself to communicate the year's business activities. It is primarily directed to shareholders, potential investors, employees, and others interested in the financial performance of the company and what plans they have for the future. Often it is used as a public relations tool.

Many companies publish their annual report on their website. Some previously listed sources under Basic Information and Company Profiles provide a company's web address. A company's website is often their name in the body of the URL (address). For example, the home page for Coca-Cola Company is www.cocacola.com.

An Internet search engine can be used to find a company's Web address. Use the company's name as the search term. Some common search engines include: Google, Ask.com, and Yahoo.
