Bible Timelines

A Bible timeline provides a chronology of historical events that occurred during the time of the Bible. A timeline provides a visual representation of when certain events occurred in relation to other events.

Bible timelines can be found in several Reference sources located on the second (Main) floor of the Blume Library. These are a few examples: 

  • The Collegeville Bible Time-Line. Collegeville, MN: The Liturgical Press, 1993. (Ref BS 635.2 .D69 1993)
  • This work is frequently a required text for the TH 2301 course.
  • HarperCollins Bible Commentary. Ed. James L. Mays. San Francisco: HarperSanFrancisco, 2000. (Ref BS 491.2 .H37 2000)
  • Timelines are located in the front and back of the volume.
