Doctoral dissertations (blue book binding), Masters degree theses (red book binding), and Honor's Program theses (blue paper binding) are located in the circulating collection on the third floor organized by LC classification number.

Most Ph.D. dissertations written after 1996 can also be downloaded for free by currently enrolled St. Mary's students or by patrons using computers in the library. This service is available through Dissertation Abstracts and can be found in our list of databases. Off campus users will need to go through the proxy server to access the database.

This is not a comprehensive list of academic majors. Based on the year of graduation there is some degree of variance in how theses have been cataloged. For example some business theses may be found using M.A. rather than M.B.A. as part of the search term.
