Among the major activities of the Director of the Old Spanish Trail Association was to compile lists: of members, of towns and counties and their contributions, of councilors and their duties.

This second part of the "Membership Book" is a list of counties along the Old Spanish Trail Highway in Texas and individual and group memberships in the OST Association of those counties. It also includes advertising paid for by companies in the counties.
